Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Integration Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our process development group, you will be responsible for developing, improving, and sustaining all manufacturing process flows. Your expertise will be utilized to lead and coordinate complex projects, including technology transfers and new technology development.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including process engineering, equipment engineering, operations, and R&D, to introduce, qualify, and ramp to volume new process flows for our foundry customers. Additionally, you will interact with customers on both engineering and executive levels to resolve technical issues and present project summaries and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve manufacturing process flows
  • Lead and coordinate complex projects, including technology transfers and new technology development
  • Work with cross-functional teams to introduce, qualify, and ramp to volume new process flows
  • Interact with customers on technical issues and project updates

Requirements:

  • MS or PhD in Electrical or Chemical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science
  • Ability to communicate and present technical concepts effectively
  • Knowledge and experience in process integration, device physics, thin films, etch, CMP, photolithography, diffusion, implant, and E-test
  • Experience with SPC and DOE; 8D, FMEA, and structured problem solving preferred
