Job Title: Radiology Technologist Lead

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technologist Lead to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Job Summary:

The Radiology Technologist Lead will be responsible for supervising staff, performing technical procedures, and ensuring the quality of radiographs presented to radiologists. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve errors in radiology reports and patient exam orders.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of radiology technologists in performing technical procedures and ensuring the quality of radiographs.
  • Coordinate the repair of malfunctioning equipment and maintenance within the department.
  • Provide input for annual performance evaluations of assigned staff and recommend promotions, disciplinary measures, and other administrative actions.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels for the areas of assigned supervision and make adjustments as required for absenteeism, vacation, and workload variables.
  • Assist in the selection and hiring process for new employees in their area of supervision.
  • Coordinate the completion of monthly progress evaluations for students in the radiologic technology program.
Requirements:
  • Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • 2 years of experience as a radiologic technologist.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Current CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).
