Job Title: Travel Radiology Technologist

ProKatchers is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a travel Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for exposing and processing radiographic images and fluoroscopy examinations. You will work under general supervision and circulate to other diagnostic radiology areas as assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate standard and portable radiology equipment to perform radiographic examinations and fluoroscopy studies.
  • Assist physicians and perform specialized imaging procedures.
  • Trouble shoot and resolve problems regarding equipment and/or film output.
  • Act as a resource and preceptor for other Radiographers and/or students.
  • Maintain records, inventory, and equipment for the area of primary responsibility.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or higher, preferred.
  • Graduate of a CAAHEP accredited educational program with emphasis in a primary cardiovascular or radiologic technology specialty.
  • One (1) year full-time experience as a certified or registered cardiovascular or radiologic technology professional in the specialty required by the hiring department.
  • Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire.
  • ARDMS, ARRT and/or CCI credentials in the cardiovascular or radiologic technology specialty required by the hiring department must be current upon hire or advancement.
