Job Overview

Position Title: Injection Molding Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a proficient Injection Molding Maintenance Specialist to execute preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and conduct repair operations within a manufacturing environment dedicated to plastic products. Key responsibilities encompass the upkeep of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, interpreting and adhering to schematics, and overseeing plastic batch blenders and granulators.

This role requires a deep understanding of troubleshooting water temperature controllers, dryers, robotic systems, thermolators, fixtures, compressors, chillers, and cooling towers.

Essential Skills

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Preventive maintenance of injection molding machinery
  • Maintenance of plastic extrusion systems
