Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Inspira Health Network. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through the assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of respiratory care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient physical condition, psychosocial status, risk factors, and learning needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to establish treatment goals and patient outcomes
  • Implement and monitor cardiopulmonary procedures, including oxygen therapy, medication delivery, and airway management
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of cardiopulmonary interventions and actions
  • Document healthcare assessments, interventions, and outcomes in a clear and concise manner
Requirements
  • Respiratory Therapy Certificate course completion at an AMA-approved college required
  • Respiratory Care experience preferred
  • Active CRT credentialed by NBRC and active Respiratory Care licensure by New Jersey Board of Respiratory Care required
  • Current BLS (American Heart Association) certification
  • ACLS/PALS certification preferred
