Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Specialist to join our team. As an Orkin Pro, you will be responsible for the daily operation of a pest control service route, including preparing and installing home services, interacting with customers, and resolving problems.

Responsibilities
  • Complete our award-winning company-paid training program to learn the skills required for the job
  • Prepare and install home services, including attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations, and radiant heat barriers
  • Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within assigned territory
  • Interact with customers to set project expectations and ensure satisfaction
  • Serve as a problem solver for customers to decide on the most efficient pest solution
  • Complete all required service-related documentation using a hand-held device

Work Environment
