Minimum Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Leadership and Management

  • Recruit, hire, and train enthusiastic team members to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Manage and delegate tasks to maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized store in accordance with company standards.
  • Foster a professional and supportive atmosphere among team members and supervisors.
  • Schedule staff in alignment with company guidelines to enhance customer service and store presentation.
  • Implement fair management practices in hiring, training, and employee development.

Site Relationships

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and promote a positive public image.
  • Encourage a safe and welcoming environment within the community.

Training and Development

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
  • Ensure all staff are trained in customer service excellence and safety protocols.

Communication

  • Establish effective communication channels to keep all employees informed.
  • Organize regular meetings with team members to discuss operations and improvements.

Organizing and Planning

  • Assess site needs and develop action plans to achieve operational goals.
  • Maintain organized site documentation and records.
  • Supervise staff to ensure timely completion of reports and proper merchandise presentation.

Financial Management

  • Analyze sales and expenses to optimize profitability.
  • Manage budgets and understand merchandise margins.
  • Safeguard financial transactions and perform necessary financial analyses.

Working Conditions

This position primarily involves indoor work, with occasional outdoor tasks such as site maintenance. Candidates should be prepared for varying temperatures and noise levels while maintaining effective management practices.
