Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for clients.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address clients' mental health needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to clients.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to staff members.
- Participate in administrative duties, including committee work and in-service training.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community care providers to ensure continuity of patient care.
- MD degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in psychiatry.
- 3 years of experience in providing psychiatric services in a community mental health setting.
- Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The physical demands of this position include:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects (up to 75lbs).
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, crouch, stoop, kneel, grasp, reach, pull, and perform repetitive motions.
This position will be performed in a variety of environments, including offices, mechanical rooms, and other settings that may require increased physical risk and exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
