Community Fundraising Coordinator

Freeman Health System is hiring a Community Fundraising Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies for various special events, including annual CMNH (Children's Miracle Network Hospitals) and FHS/OC campaigns. The successful candidate will work closely with local businesses and organizations to secure sponsorships and donations, and manage event logistics to ensure successful outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications and previous experience in fundraising, event planning, sales, marketing and customer service. They should also have knowledge of fundraising software and databases, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental insurance, retirement with employer match, wellness program with discounts to Health Insurance or Cash Bonus with Participation, milestone payments with longevity of employment, paid time off (PTO), disability pay, Learning Center designated only for Freeman Family members and payroll deduction at different locations such as The Daily Grind, Freeman Gift Shop, Cafeteria, etc.
