Job Summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Warehouse Associate to join our team in Des Moines, IA. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring project requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and inspecting materials, verifying counts, sorting and storing stock, and staging items for installation or shipment
  • Participating in physical inventory and cycle counts to maintain an accurate inventory
  • Utilizing software and equipment to track inventory, operate tools and machinery, and maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
  • Purchasing materials as specified, managing online orders, consolidating requests, checking vendor pricing and discounts, and ensuring timely processing of stock and order requests
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Supporting warehouse and procurement operations with other assigned tasks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma/GED
  • 1 or more years of Warehouse experience
  • 1 or more years' experience in inventory/inventory management experience
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to safely lift 100 pounds
