Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality control reviews of project documents ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Select, evaluate, and detail building systems that meet our clients' needs and expectations.
  • Partner with the Project Manager to establish project plans, milestone schedules, and staffing needs aligning with client goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Construction Team to understand cost estimates, construction sequencing, and project constructability.
  • Support internal continuing education sessions and lead lessons learned initiatives promoting team growth and development.
  • Research and apply new building systems as needed to enhance project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Project Designer to bring the design vision and intent to life.
  • Lead the project team in documentation, modeling, quality control, and coordination with consultants ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Demonstrate expertise in developing building facade details and/or coordinating interior building systems.
  • Apply zoning, building, life safety, accessibility, and energy codes as applicable to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in the development of project manuals outlining key information for stakeholders.
  • Resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Lead or delegate tasks related to construction administration promoting efficient project execution.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members fostering professional growth and development.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare architecture with a proven track record of success.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an NAAB-accredited program in architecture.
  • Professional licensure required for this position.
