Job Overview

As a Seasonal Team Associate at Walmart, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores during peak periods. Your primary responsibility will be to move seasonal merchandise throughout the store, ensuring that products are properly displayed and easily accessible to customers.

During major holidays, you will be part of a high-performing team that is prepared to meet the demands of our customers. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong product knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits and Perks

At Walmart, we offer a competitive compensation package, including hourly wages ranging from $14 to $21 per hour. In addition to your base pay, you may also be eligible for performance-based incentives and other benefits, such as:

  • Annual or quarterly performance incentives
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed
