Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Shift Leader to join our team at JSN Networks. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for coaching and guiding our crew members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Operational Excellence:
    • Support a positive and respectful team environment
    • Communicate shift priorities, goals, and results with team members
    • Provide coaching and feedback to crew members
  • Work in a Team Environment:
    • Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant
    • Resolve guest issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed
    • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Drive Profitability:
    • Drive sales goals and results through effective sales strategies
    • Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
    • Manage cash over/short during shift
    • Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
  • Math and writing skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
