About the Role: Are you prepared to share your professional knowledge with the next generation of technicians? This educational role does not require prior teaching experience. Collaborate with a Lead Instructor to deliver course content while ensuring all administrative responsibilities are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Comply with WyoTech policies and procedures; Guide students regarding attendance, academic performance, and professionalism.
  • Record grades, assessments, attendance, and design class instruction in accordance with the syllabus.
  • Support environmental and safety protocols; Oversee classroom equipment and tool inventory.
  • Participate in meetings and engage in professional development activities.

Instructional Duties:

  • Foster motivation and enthusiasm; Build strong relationships with students.
  • Prepare thoroughly for classes; Provide essential resources and assignments.
  • Supervise classroom activities; Adhere to ADA Requirements.

General Duties:

  • Be accessible to students before and after class; Uphold confidentiality.
  • Ensure test security; Follow instructions as needed.
  • Perform related tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Fulfill certification and regulatory standards.
  • 7 years of professional experience (5 years with an Associate's degree).
  • Exhibit a positive attitude; Collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Demonstrated experience in automotive diagnostics and electrical systems.
  • Proficient in computer usage and educational software.
