  1. Sales Performance:

  2. Customer Service Excellence:

    Exemplify the principles of outstanding personal service, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

  3. Operational Support:

    Contribute to maintaining store standards in merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and overall cleanliness. Assist in visual merchandising efforts, including store layouts and promotional displays.

  4. Team Collaboration:

    Encourage a collaborative environment that promotes problem-solving and teamwork. Actively seek opportunities for personal growth and development through feedback.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred experience in retail or sales.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to adapt to company-provided technology.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Consistent attendance is crucial for meeting operational needs.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Frequent walking and standing throughout the shift.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Regular climbing as part of daily tasks.

Compensation for this role ranges from $16.50 to $20.75, with rates determined by individual qualifications.
