Key Responsibilities

The Sales and Partnerships Director will be responsible for leading our growth efforts in both direct-to-consumer (DTC) and business-to-business (B2B) physician referral channels. This includes identifying and prioritizing target markets, customers, and referral partners, as well as collaborating with the Marketing Team and Clinic Directors to develop campaigns that attract new patients and maintain existing relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of physician referral processes and healthcare networks, as well as experience analyzing market trends and consumer behavior.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Body Balance Physical Therapy and referral sources
  • Track and report on sales metrics, conversion rates, and revenue growth
