Job Title: Custodial Worker

C&W Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodial Worker to join our cleaning crew. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of floors, walls, and other surfaces in our facilities
  • Vacuum and dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
  • Operate light and heavy floor cleaning equipment, including buffers and shampoo machines
  • Wash windowsills, glass doors, and specified windows
  • Perform bathroom cleaning duties, including emptying trash and restocking supplies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
