Maintenance Worker

C&W Services seeks an experienced Maintenance Worker to join our team.
As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of custodial duties for C&W Services. This includes sweeping, mopping, and washing floors, as well as cleaning and dusting furniture, fixtures, and other horizontal surfaces.
You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting any defects or issues with the facility, such as clogged urinals or broken lights.
In addition to your regular duties, you may be asked to perform periodic work, such as high dusting, polishing, and wall washing.
The ideal candidate will have basic cleaning responsibilities and be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, and wash floors
- Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and other horizontal surfaces
- Monitor and report any defects or issues with the facility
- Perform periodic work, such as high dusting, polishing, and wall washing
Requirements:
- Basic cleaning responsibilities
- Ability to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team
- Attention to detail, pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance
C&W Services offers a competitive salary of approximately $35,000 per year, depending on experience.
