Project Controls Manager

The Project Controls Manager is responsible for the administration of project controls practices and policies within their region. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills, as well as strong communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the onboarding and training of regional operations personnel on systems training
  • Provide ongoing training to enable project teams to operate in accordance with company standards and Manhattan Guiding Principles
  • Provide operational support to Project Directors and Project Teams
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators in various PM Systems
  • Monitor software standards and training for the company
  • Project Management System Administration
  • Assist teams in managing standards for general conditions, cash flow tracking, and schedule standards
  • Participate in monthly project status reviews to ensure projects remain compliant
  • Job Cost Budget Review and Approvals within region
  • Assist with Project Performance Review process within region
  • Work with Project Accountants and Project Managers to create and monitor billing forecasts and change management
  • Analyze, identify, and resolve issues with various PM Systems
  • Assist in the review and potential rollout of new software
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Math, or equivalent
  • 5 years of industry experience
