We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Chamberlain Medical Center. As a Senior Care Facility Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the RoleThis part-time position is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a senior care facility setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized nursing care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited program
- An active RN license in the state where the practice of nursing is occurring
- At least six months of travel experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
