Key Responsibilities

  • Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to all customers
  • Assist in training, scheduling, and inventory control to promote optimal sales opportunities
  • Oversee staff and ensure adherence to corporate and state sanitation regulations
  • Assist with cooking large quantities of food and maintaining a thorough knowledge of recipes and cooking styles
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation, adhering to 5S standards
  • Assist with day-to-day operations, including training, scheduling, and inventory control
  • Ensure all associates adhere to company and state policies and procedures regarding sanitation
  • Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures
  • Maintain cold case logs, hot food logs, and cooling logs consistent with store policy

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives
  • Satisfactory performance reviews
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic literacy and computer skills

Education and Experience

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 6-12 months of related experience
