Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring that all nursing activities are performed in accordance with the Nurse Practice Acts and current Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing physical assessments, and developing care plans.
- Supervise nursing staff, including delegating tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance.
- Ensure that all nursing activities are performed in accordance with the Nurse Practice Acts and current Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility's quality assurance program for the nursing department.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care.
- Document resident care and progress in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse in good standing.

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
