We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN NICU to join our team at El Paso Children's Hospital. This is a full-time, night shift position that requires the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. They will also direct and coordinate all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care through the nursing process
- Direct and coordinate all nursing care for patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care delivery
- Support the hospital vision and mission
Requirements:
- Certified as an RN in the State of Texas
- Current Basic Life Support card
- NRP certification within 6 months of hire
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Able to read and comprehend English at a level necessary to follow written and oral instructions and safety precautions
