  • Sales Performance: Contribute to team goals by driving growth in financial metrics such as deposits, loans, and non-interest income. Proactively facilitate client introductions to appropriate team members to meet growth objectives and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Client Experience: Enhance client satisfaction by addressing account-related inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Foster client engagement and education, meeting performance targets as established by leadership, including lead generation and appointment metrics.
  • Risk Management: Ensure accuracy and compliance in all sales, service, and banking transactions, striving for zero controllable losses.
  • Engage in moderately complex projects and undertake additional responsibilities as necessary.
  • Adhere consistently to regulatory and compliance standards relevant to the role, completing required training to maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in achieving sales and referral targets through effective client interactions, utilizing both phone and in-person meetings.
  • Conduct discovery-based discussions to provide tailored financial advice, collaborating with Financial Consultants as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC) or foreign equivalent.
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 to 5 years in customer service and sales, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Licensing: Must obtain National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration as per the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
  • Training: Ability to mentor and train others on products and platform procedures.
  • Licenses: Life and Health Insurance Licenses required within the first 90 days. Failure to pass the exam will result in removal from the program.
  • FINRA Requirements: Security Industry Essentials (SIE) must be obtained within 90 days of passing the Life and Health Insurance exam. Series 6 and Series 63 or Series 66 licenses are also required within specified timeframes.
  • Preferred Experience: Background in the financial services industry and familiarity with digital products and self-service technologies.
