At Stevens Pass Mountain Resort, we're seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our team as Snowsports Instructors. As a key member of our snowsports school, you'll have the opportunity to share your love of skiing and snowboarding with guests of all ages and skill levels.

Job Summary:

Deliver high-quality instruction to groups and individuals, providing a safe and fun learning environment. Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children, and create a memorable experience for each and every one of them.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages and skill levels
  • Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children, to create a fun and engaging learning environment
  • Deliver world-class guest service, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience
  • Support all needs of the snowsports school, including scanning, running surface lifts, and facilitating lunch
  • Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers and riders
Requirements:
  • Must be comfortable and competent skiing and riding on groomed blue terrain
  • Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
