About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for managing patient care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and providing exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in nursing from an approved school of nursing.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR certification.
- One to three years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in a related setting.
