Job Description

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a skilled Customer Accounts Associate to join our team in Lakeville, Minnesota. As a key member of our corporate office, you will be responsible for facilitating the customer account onboarding process, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and update customer account applications, entering information into our database to establish or update accounts.
  • Communicate with Inside/Outside Sales Representatives, Accounts Receivable, and customers to collect or correct missing documentation.
  • Contact regulatory authorities to verify customer licensing information, maintaining professional verbal and written communications.
  • Conduct audits to review the customer account database for accuracy and compliance.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of two years of data entry and customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills, including diplomacy and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
