About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Payer Coverage Expert to join our team at Kerecis LLC. As a key member of our Customer Transformation team, you will be responsible for supporting the field sales team, customers, and internal BI team on all reimbursement issues and inquiries. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Support the field sales team, customers, and internal BI team by being the point of contact on all reimbursement issues and inquiries
  • Conduct reimbursement orientations with billing managers of private offices and wound care centers to train them for success
  • Assist customers with billing questions, claim denials, and appeals
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines to ensure timely resolution of reimbursement issues
