Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours and show apartments
  • Qualify prospects professionally and assist with applications and deposits
  • Process applications, credit checks, and rental history verification
  • Show apartments and close sales, preparing residents for move-ins and providing community orientation
  • Assist in maintaining an active social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement
  • Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints and requests
  • Conduct tours, maintain show rooms, and follow up with applicants
  • Utilize marketing strategies to drive traffic and meet sales goals
  • Project a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives
  • Focus on securing resident retention through resident functions and community events
  • Complete necessary paperwork for lease generation, move-ins, and check-outs
  • Attend weekly and daily goal setting meetings
  • Collaborate with the property maintenance team to ensure prompt responses to resident service requests
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
  • Related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Microsoft Office and Property Management Software proficiency
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, climb stairs, and lift up to 20 pounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
