Automotive Sales and Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our team at Mercedes Benz of Austin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and providing exceptional sales and leasing experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized sales and leasing solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our latest vehicle models, features, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs.
- Sales and Leasing Process: Guide customers through the sales and leasing process, ensuring a seamless and transparent experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, process paperwork, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Prior automotive sales experience is a must.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong listening skills, ability to take instruction and follow direction, punctuality, strong customer focus, and a growth mindset.
