Position Overview: We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Field Service Supervisor in the construction sector. This permanent role provides the chance to engage with a diverse array of projects and clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and a robust background in PLC programming, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and induction motors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing and coordinating the activities of the field service team to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
  • Designing and implementing control systems according to project specifications.
  • Diagnosing and resolving intricate electrical and mechanical challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Programming and maintaining PLCs, particularly AB PLCs.
  • Managing projects to guarantee timely completion, adherence to budget constraints, and compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Providing technical direction and training to field service team members.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in PLC programming, specifically with AB PLCs.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Outstanding project supervision capabilities.
  • One to two years of college or trade school education in a relevant field.
