Job Title: Drug Testing Observer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Drug Testing Observer to join our team at Arlluk Technology Solutions. As a Drug Testing Observer, you will play a critical role in supporting our government customer at Garden City, GA.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for directly observing selected individuals providing urine samples for drug testing as part of the Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP). This is a part-time position requiring approximately 8-16 hours of work per month.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly observe selected members provide a urine specimen for drug testing.
  • Understand the legal requirements of the position, including the possibility of testifying in a court of law.
  • Follow the directions of the Wing Drug Demand Reduction Program Manager (WDDRPM) and the Drug Testing Program Administrative Manager (DTPAM).
  • Document direct observations during each individual specimen collection on appropriate forms.
  • Provide feedback on the Wing Drug Demand Reduction Programs to the DTPAM.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior military experience is preferred.
  • No record of conviction by courts-martial or civilian criminal court for any offense or history of past misconduct involving dishonesty, fraud, or drug abuse.
  • Must be available to work as a civilian contractor on a military installation during all required drill events.
  • Must have on-call availability for emergencies.
Working Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment with a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent will be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.

The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations, and withstand moderate amounts of stress.

The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
