South Oxford Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing technical and mechanical work to ensure the physical aspects of our properties meet our high standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine work orders and complete emergency and on-call tickets
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and take pride in the apartment community
  • Diagnose and perform maintenance/repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and pool maintenance
  • Keep the Maintenance Shop stocked, organized, and clean
Safety First
  • Be mindful of the condition of the community and initiate action to correct unsafe conditions
  • Think safety first and ensure that unsafe conditions are corrected promptly
  • Report major repairs and needs requisitions to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager
Customer Service
  • Provide outstanding customer service to residents and future residents
  • Inspect and help coordinate all make-ready repairs and services
  • Help your team anticipate problems that residents might have before they even occur
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to work a flexible work week, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call hours
