Pharmacist Intern Role

This position is a pharmacist-in-training and as such may, in the execution of their job and under the direction and supervision of a pharmacy preceptor, perform all the duties of a pharmacist except the final check of medications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in ensuring that patients receive safe, efficient, and cost-effective drug therapy.
  • Provide clinical drug information to healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited school of pharmacy.
  • Washington Pharmacist License upon hire, or Washington Pharmacist Intern Registration upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a healthcare environment.
