At Leidos, we are seeking a Senior Scheduling Consultant to join our team in Arlington - VA. This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days per week onsite support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for DoD Earned Value Management programs, coordinating with Cost Analysts, Finance Management, Program Management, Control Account Managers, and Customers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Apply scheduling theory to develop and maintain IMS and related artifacts in compliance with EVM standards and best practices.
  • Implement program scheduling business rhythms, developing baseline schedules and associated artifacts to meet contractual/project requirements, and monitoring, analyzing, and reporting performance against baseline schedules.

We offer a competitive salary range of $108,550.00 - $196,225.00 based on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of project scheduling experience.
  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
  • Experience using Microsoft Project and advanced scheduling theory including Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) architecture, schedule status processes, and schedule health assessment.
  • Proven ability to work well within a team/collaborative environment with Cost Analysts, PMs, CAMs.

A sign-on bonus of $5,000 and referral bonus of $3,000 may be offered to the selected candidate.
