Job Summary

Interstate Building MTC, Inc. is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Janitorial Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our client's sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and disinfecting bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.
  • Dust and wet mop floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Remove trash and replace trash can linings to ensure a clean and hygienic workspace.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions.
