Part-Time: 2-3 shifts per week, 8:30 AM - 7 PM
Compensation: $18 - $22/hr + bonus potential

Desired Qualifications:

  • Aiming for career advancement within the company
  • Exhibit a positive and winning mindset
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Experience with point of sale systems and maintaining accurate patient accounts
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Minimum of one year of sales experience
  • Engage in marketing initiatives to attract new patients
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Educate patients about wellness services and offerings
  • Share personal experiences related to Chiropractic care
  • Collaborate with team members in a dynamic and enjoyable setting
  • Strong customer service skills with effective communication
  • Organize patient flow within the clinic efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service to members and patients.
  • The primary focus of the Wellness Coordinator is to drive membership sales to achieve targets.
  • Welcome members and patients upon arrival and check them in for their appointments.
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries.
  • Reconnect with inactive members.
  • Stay informed about membership options, packages, and promotions.
  • Support team objectives and foster positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
  • Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages.
  • Keep management informed of member feedback and adhere to company policies.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Accept constructive feedback positively and use it for growth.
  • Experience in office management or marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
