- Maintenance and Repair: Resolve maintenance issues efficiently, with expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
- Make-Ready and Turnover: Manage the make-ready and apartment turnover process with precision and timeliness, ensuring apartments are ready for new residents.
- Preventative Maintenance: Implement and execute preventative maintenance programs to preserve the value of our properties.
- General Upkeep: Maintain the beauty and safety of our properties through general upkeep, snow removal, and grounds maintenance.
- Efficiency and Safety: Sustain peak efficiency operation levels for all property components, adhering to applicable building, county, and safety codes/standards.
- Emergency Response: Participate in the emergency on-call rotation, ensuring our properties are always well-maintained and safe.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in the trades, facilities, and/or residential building maintenance.
- Leadership: Strong leadership aptitude and supervisory experience preferred.
- Certifications: HVAC, EPA, and/or NAPE certification.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with risk management, OSHA, and MSDS.
- Skills: Proficiency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical trades, and appliance repair, as well as basic carpentry, drywall, and painting skills.
- Complex Systems: Exposure to complex mechanical systems such as central plant, split systems, boilers, and chillers desired.
- Safety Mindset: A strong safety mindset and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional Appearance: A sharp professional appearance.
- Technology: Basic proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and comfort using various technology platforms, apps, and computer programs.
- Availability: Availability for emergency situations at the property, including an on-call rotation.
- Physical Demands: Ability to exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly, climb stairs, use ladders, and work in varying weather conditions.

- Competitive Compensation: Salary range: $65,000-$70,000 (plus additional bonus opportunities)
