Role Overview

As a Renewable Project Lead at ENGIE, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's vision for a sustainable future. With a focus on energy transition and renewable energy projects, you will be responsible for leading all phases of project development, from conception to completion.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Developing and implementing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and suppliers
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track project progress and performance

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex project issues
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Familiarity with construction management software (CMS)

What We Offer

At ENGIE, we offer a competitive salary range of $112,000-$172,500 USD per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to your base salary, you may also be eligible for a bonus or incentive plan.
