Job Summary: As a Sustainability Specialist at Arcadis DPS, you will play a key role in helping our clients reduce their utilities consumption and achieve sustainability goals. Our team works on high-profile projects worldwide, designing complex facilities and delivering innovative solutions to clients. We are looking for a talented individual to support our growing US business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with project managers and contractors on new construction/renovation projects to deliver retrofit projects that meet energy efficiency standards.
* Review construction designs for energy efficiency and update design specifications to ensure optimal energy use.
* Develop and deliver energy training programs and reports to educate stakeholders on energy efficiency best practices.
* Manage Facility Management company performance on energy efficiency metrics and track progress over time.
* Understand Federal and State Energy Efficiency regulations and identify opportunities to leverage incentives for clients.
* Integrate Renewable Energy technology, Frequency/Demand Response, and Grid Ancillary Services into existing infrastructure.
* Provide technical leadership to initiate energy efficiency initiatives and carry out feasibility studies to optimize energy use.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy Engineering, or similar facilities discipline with 3+ years of experience.
* Master's degree with 2+ years of experience in a related field.
* Strong communication skills to influence energy efficiency initiatives and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
* In-depth knowledge of systems design, operation, and control principles.

Benefits: As a valued member of our team, you can expect competitive compensation ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 annually, based on experience.
