Key Responsibilities

- Ensure a positive experience for customers with every interaction

- Achieve attainable monthly sales targets with support from The Rockwell Agency in terms of leads and relationships

- Manage and process all incoming leads through various channels (in-person, phone, service, etc.)

- Strengthen customer relationships by offering additional products

- Exhibit strong communication skills

- Conduct need-based policy evaluations and make necessary updates to policies and coverages

- Generate new business through proactive prospecting and referrals

- Provide accurate quotes efficiently

- Collaborate effectively within a team environment

- Maintain excellent time management and follow-up practices

- Show a genuine passion for assisting clients


Qualifications

- Maine Producers License in Personal Lines (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe)

- Proficient computer skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong organizational abilities

- Must successfully pass a background check
