Clinical Educator Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Educator to collaborate with our Regional Education Department staff at Pen Bay Medical Center and LincolnHealth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Facilitate education and professional development programs, including the new Nurse Residency program
* Support CNA and/or MA courses as lab instructor and/or clinical supervisor
* Collaborate with Regional Education Department staff to meet the education and professional development needs of clinical staff

Requirements:

* BSN preferred
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maine
* BLS and ACLS required
* At least 4 years of recent acute care experience
* At least 1 year's experience in a teaching role
* Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration skills
* Flexibility to meet education needs on all shifts and in various nursing units
* Superior leadership qualities and team building skills
* Highly self-directed and productive
* Excellent computer skills and a demonstrated affinity for working with information technology
