A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COMMERCIAL PEST MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Your schedule may vary as a Commercial Pest Management Specialist, as some accounts require service outside of standard working hours. Your role is vital in safeguarding our clients' facilities and the products they offer from pest infestations.
Each client presents unique challenges, and your services will differ based on whether you are addressing needs in offices, hotels, restaurants, manufacturing sites, or mixed-use facilities.
Your responsibilities begin with a thorough property inspection to identify any issues and accurately diagnose pests, rodent habitats, and conditions conducive to infestations. You will apply your expertise to treat and prevent pest issues, which includes meticulous inspection and maintenance of bait stations, traps, and monitoring devices.
Every day offers a chance to showcase your professional dedication to providing an outstanding experience. Your calm and helpful demeanor reassures our clients as you develop and explain tailored solutions. You take pride in your work, ensuring that your equipment and vehicle are well-maintained.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
- Able to pass internal technical examinations
- Possess a valid Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Present a professional appearance, including wearing an approved uniform
- Able to work a minimum 40-hour workweek
- Willing to adapt to a flexible schedule based on customer service needs
