About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Business Leader to join our team and promote the adoption of our products in the region.

Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Formulating and executing territory plans to drive sales growth
  • BUILDING STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS with healthcare providers and influencing them to prescribe our products
  • Ensuring a successful product experience for both healthcare providers and users
  • Collaborating with customer care and sales support teams to optimize the user experience
  • Representing our products at conventions and educational forums to increase awareness

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of success
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as data analysis and problem-solving abilities

Salary and Benefits

The total base salary for this position is $185,000 - $215,000 annually, with target incentive compensation based on goal achievement. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, PTO, car allowance, gas reimbursement, and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
