Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Slate Valley Center in Granville, NY. As a Pre Operative LPN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Collecting required information from new residents to be admitted
Recording health details of residents, including vitals and temperature
Administering medications and injections to residents as needed
Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required
Requirements:
Valid LPN state license
Must be in good standing with the state registry
Ability to work as a team member
