Compensation:The estimated salary range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include competitive pay rates, comprehensive benefits, a retention bonus, and flexible scheduling.
Job Description:- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with diesel equipment, including tractors and trailers.
- Perform preventative maintenance within company standards.
- Complete documentation of all repair orders, PM lists, and parts accountability.
- Handle road service calls and perform road rescue/transport equipment as needed.
- At least 2 years of verifiable hands-on experience as a heavy-duty commercial diesel mechanic or reefer mechanic.
- Diesel Mechanic Certification or TK/Carrier Refrigeration Certification preferred.
- Prior experience in administering an appropriate PM program.
- Able to read and communicate in the English language.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- 401K with 2% automatic company contribution plus company match up to an additional 6%.
