SUMMARY:
The Clinical Nurse in the Medical Surgical department will be tasked with delivering exceptional nursing care to patients. This position entails assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, along with maintaining precise documentation.

SHIFTS:
Full-time roles are available for both day and night shifts, featuring 12-hour schedules that may vary.

Shifts and hours may be adjusted as necessary to ensure optimal service delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  • Perform nursing assessments and formulate care plans for patients of various age groups.
  • Administer treatments and medications in a safe and effective manner.
  • Analyze and interpret diagnostic test results.
  • Exhibit expertise in emergency response protocols.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients as part of their care plan.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
  • Participate in hospital committees and adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Execute all responsibilities in alignment with organizational objectives and values.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Possession of an active Colorado RN license.
  • Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS as necessary.
PAY RANGE:
$46.43 per hour
