Job Summary

Estes Park Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Quality Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality and risk management function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and resolve patient problems.
  • Assist with the evaluation of our quality and safety program through data capture, follow-up, and trend analysis.
  • Develop and implement initiatives, policies, and procedures to reduce risk and improve patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and training to staff members on patient safety and quality practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Three years of clinical or related experience preferred.
  • Possess a valid Colorado RN license or a valid multistate RN license through the Nurse Licensure Compact.
  • Relevant clinical experience, including progressive management or professional liability.
  • American Heart Association CPR certification.
