Customer Service Representative Job Description

Become a part of Chevron Stations Inc., a leading company in the retail gasoline and convenience products industry. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional attitude towards customers.
  • Conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and securely.
  • Maintain cash drawer and perform cashier reconciliation.
  • Clean indoor and outdoor facilities regularly.
  • Prepare food and beverage products.
  • Monitor and restock products to maximize sales.
  • Promote store specials and marketing programs.
  • Ensure accurate pricing and distribution of goods.
  • Follow local requirements for fueling vehicles.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings.
  • Up-to-date food handling certificates as required by law.
  • Preferably, experience in cooking or restaurant settings.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on various surfaces.
  • Proper lifting techniques for product handling.
  • Constant standing, bending, and reaching for food service procedures.
  • Safe operation of equipment with high temperatures.
  • Exposure to outdoor conditions and cooler environments.
  • Frequent handwashing and cleanliness standards adherence.
  • Minimum age requirement for specific locations.
