Job SummaryThis outside sales position involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Business Development Lead at Involve Financial, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building trust and credibility, and driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client issues efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer experience
